What is hormonal health?

Hormonal health refers to the balance and proper functioning of hormones in the body, which are chemical messengers produced by the endocrine system. These hormones regulate a wide variety of processes essential for overall well-being such as:

  • Menstrual cycles, perimenopause, fertility, etc.

  • Influencing our ability to function and focus throughout the day as well as regulating emotions, stress responses, and overall mental health.

  • Bowel movements, food sensitivities, and how the body converts food into energy.

  • Falling asleep, staying asleep and overall regulation of sleep-wake rhythms.

  • Skin appearance and elasticity alongside sensitivities and reactions.

  • Supporting the body's ability to stay healthy and fight disease (short and long term).
